New Zealand thrive. She has a strong public policy background, having worked in Parliament as a research unit director, and also in local government as a policy adviser and strategy manager. Since then, she has consulted to local government as a specialist project manager and strategy planner for Long Term Plans and other community consultation projects.

Jenni founded Giblin Group shortly after and has drawn together select group of contractors skilled in policy and strategy development, capital raising, Māori development, and economic development.

Giblin Group is committed to driving the regional renaissance; that is helping organisations in both the private and public sector to deliver on projects which will ensure that regional New Zealand is healthy and prospers.

Jenni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy and an honours degree in public policy from Victoria University. She lives with her husband Stratton and five children on their farm in Waipukurau.
